Retail_Everett Mall Redevelopment |

Everett, Washington - Everett Mall needed to maintain its real estate value and its prominence as a retail hub as newer facilities compete for its shoppers. To set the mall apart from other malls in the area and improve its visibility, we designed a lighted tower and new signage, added landscaping, and updated the façade with a contemporary arcade. Inside, we redesigned the central food court to give people a place to meet and gather as well as shop and eat. |
