Taipei, Taiwan - Aquapearl is the largest urban redevelopment project in the history of Taipei. At 1.3 million square feet, this residential and retail development created a civic and cultural identity, community-gathering place, and public facilities that improve and support the urban fabric of its immediate context and surrounding environment. Green features include solar panels, roof gardens, daylighting, and natural ventilation. MulvannyG2 designers took advantage of the subway connection and developed a pedestrian friendly environment that creates public spaces enhanced through vibrant retail activities. |
