Tacoma, Washington - In partnership with developer Thea Foss Holdings LLC we helped breathe new life into the Thea Foss Waterway, a once-bustling shoreline on Commencement Bay. This premier mixed-use space includes 162 condominium homes, retail, and parking, as well as postcard views of the water, Mount Rainier, and the city skyline. A central plaza will serve as a public gathering place and provide access to a new waterfront boardwalk. Re-connecting residents with their waterfront is a key achievement in Tacoma’s ongoing downtown renaissance. |
