Lynnwood, Washington - People spend money where they spend their time. So we designed this suburban retail center to be as inviting as possible. At the core of the seven-building center is a central retail building with a family-friendly, pedestrian-oriented path meandering around it. Creative landscaping and plazas with both indoor and outdoor seating set the stage for a lively streetscape. Varied towers and other “nodes of interest” mark multiple approaches to the site and keep visitors engaged, while simple railings, benches, and accent lighting keep them comfortable. |
