Queens, New York - The Shops at Atlas Park is a 6.5-acre development located on a former Brownfield site, comprised of retail, restaurants, hospitality, offices, and parking. MulvannyG2’s design for Phase 2 expands the shopping and entertainment experience with a potential build-out of over 300,000 SF. Working with the city on zoning regulations; we created a master plan that consists of six blocks of retail and a new social hub for this “forgotten” neighborhood in New York. |
