Seattle, Washington - “The goal of Impact Family Village is to provide a stable and supportive living environment to low income families,” said Ryan Schmid, Associate Director with Urban Impact. “MulvannyG2’s design is family and kid-focused, and integrates well into the diversity of the Rainier Valley. Further, the design is a bold leap forward in aesthetic beauty that the entire community can take pride in.” The mixed-use development consists of a four-story housing complex with 63 one-, two- and three-bedroom affordable apartments and a 6,000 square foot non-profit Rainier Health and Fitness center. The designers incorporated green features, respecting the client’s budget, and focused on creating a sense of community for the families that will call Impact Family Village home. |
