Interior decorative screened panels, featuring traditional patterning, provide solar protection from Riyadh’s 100+ degree weather by limiting the penetration of light and heat within individual tenant spaces and gives the building a unique graphic identity. Simple, efficient detailing and ‘finishing touches’ applied to the building’s interior and exterior solidify its design, delivering a supreme sense of style and quality to attract potential office tenants. |
