Seattle, Washington - Simple design and classic proportions make this building a distinctive presence despite its relatively small footprint. Inside are 56,000 square-feet of efficiently designed office space. Outside, we cleaved a corner facing a major intersection, covered the first level in masonry to draw attention to the retail tenants, and used sunscreens to create a bold curve above the entrance. It all adds up to a building that’s hard to overlook, even in Seattle’s bustling University District. |
