Hillsboro, Oregon - CarrAmerica needed a building that could operate on a 24/7 basis primarily as a call center, but with enough flexibility that it could enter the general re-lease market. And they wanted it in a year or less. Our design solution incorporated tilt-up concrete and designing the majority of the building as one large room with wide column-bay spacing and lofty 14-foot ceilings. We gave CarrAmerica just what they asked for—all in seven months! |
