Bothell, Washington - So pleased was TIAA with our work on the first phase of this office park that they asked us to design the considerably more ambitious second phase: four buildings on 24 acres—including 14 acres of protected wetlands. We know an amenity when we see one, so we incorporated the wetlands in a beautiful campus embellished with ponds, streams, and walking paths— a place where people actually want to come to work.
