Seattle, Washington - In one of Seattle’s hottest emerging neighborhoods, we are replacing vacant buildings with an energetic, pedestrian-oriented hub of stores, cafes, offices, and viewpoints. At the heart of this new three-building project are a stairway and plaza that will link two neighborhoods and two busy streets. Meanwhile, the glint of sunlight off nearby Lake Union isn’t the only thing silvery about this project: We’re aiming for LEED® Silver certification as well. |
