Bellevue, Washington - Unlike most office campuses, this one is set in an urban environment—though plenty of landscaping softens its edges. The complex includes three six-story buildings geared for high-tech users. All are adaptable for growth, with large floor plates and flexible interiors. We found flexibility elsewhere as well: Through creative application of the zoning code, we were able to add more than 60,000 square feet to the original program. |
