Redmond, Washington - This fast-track project lived up to its name. We made the most of a compressed schedule, creating a Class A office building mostly encased in glass to provide tenants with plenty of sunlight (another tip of the hat to Florida). The site was as tight as the schedule. We met that challenge with smart design and strategic underground placement of more than 800 parking stalls. All in all, a thrilling finish. |
